Yes! Once again, it's time for TNT! For those of you who are new to TNT, it actually stands for Tuesday/Thursday Night Together (aka TNT). Of course, this year, there will be an added twist to TNT, which also means Testimony Night Together...a time for young adults to have good fun and food, sharing about the nitty-gritty details and also lessons learnt in life =) It's a time to eat together, laugh together, share together and chill together!
A big THANK YOU to all who have attended February's Welcome Tea. Everyone has a good chilling-out time with Old Town White Coffee (It's got a really fragrant aroma!). As discussed during the Welcome Tea, TNT will be held once a month. And for this year, things'll be done a little more creatively. I'm sure many of us has got lots of great ideas for places to hang out and have delicious food. So this time, YAM will gather all these ideas together and hold a TNT blessed draw at the end of every TNT outing. The blessed winner will have the honour of organising the next TNT gathering, for which his/her labour of love will be rewarded with a free meal!* So, quickly contribute your ideas to YAM and get ready to redeem your free meal!
We will be starting 2009's 1st TNT on 12th March, Thursday. The eatery that YAM will be going to is well-known in Hokkaido, Japan. Having a well-established reputation and clientele in Hokkaido, the Japanese are known to form long queues at its outlets, in anticipation of a hot bowl of ramen and sizzling plate of gyozas (jap-styled dumplings). Now, this famous Hokkaido ramen shop has made its way to Singapore!

We will be meeting at 7.15pm at Raffles Place MRT before proceeding to the eatery. The Singapore outlet is managed by two Japanese, who're in charge of the cooking so that one can be sure to taste the authentic Japanese flavour of the food. Located in a quaint corner near the central business district of Singapore, the shop boosts simple Zen-like designs with wooden tables and chairs. Japanese-styled posters decorated the walls of the shop, as one is treated to the different sights of Hokkaido streets portrayed on these posters. The easy-going manner of the shop owners as well as the aroma of thick,fragrant ramen stock put diners at ease in addition to tantalizing their tastebuds.

Dear Yammers, it's that time of the year once again...

As this special season comes again, for us to thank God for the precious gift of His son, Jesus and to appreciate one another in love, let us come together to celebrate!
And...it's pot bless time! A great chance for people to show off their wonderful culinary skills =)
